HOW DO I KNOW I NEED TO KEEP AND STUDY MY STATISTICS

- The “roller coaster practice”. This is often the practice that experiences “waves of new patients” which provide only a few weeks of increased patient visits.
- The “change the faces practice”. This is the practice that produces a spike in new patients without experiencing any growth in total patient visits. This sounds almost numerically impossible…but it happens more often than you might believe.
- The “where did all those new patients go practice”. Statistics have tragically proven that 6 out of 10 new chiropractic patients in the United States quit care between visits 1 and 9. Put another way: 60% of all new chiropractic patients quit care before ever reaching their 10th visit!
